• Talk to your kaiako – they’re often the best first step for sharing feedback about your classroom or programme

• Talk to a Tauira Support Advisor – they can help with wellbeing, learning, or other concerns

• Talk to your Tauira Representative – they gather class feedback for campus hui

• Complete the end-of-programme survey – this is your opportunity to share your full study experience with us

• You can also contact us directly

You can share feedback about anything that affects your learning experience, including:

• Your classroom, campus or online environment

• Access to support services

• Communication, systems or facilities

• Ideas for improvement

If your feedback is about something personal or serious, your Tauira Support Advisor can help guide you to the right process.

All feedback is taken seriously. It’s recorded, reviewed, and used to improve our programmes, campuses, and services.

We aim to:

• Keep you informed about outcomes

• Share updates through hui and Te Matakā

• Make changes where needed to improve the tauira experience

We share summaries of themes and actions (not individual comments), so everyone can see how tauira feedback is making a difference.

• Tauira Representative Committee hui

• Te Matakā, our student portal

• Campus noticeboards and newsletters

No. Your personal feedback is not shared publicly, and it’s not linked to your name unless you choose to identify yourself.

When we share updates about what tauira have said, we only report on common themes or overall results.

For example, we might say 'many tauira asked for more online study options' but we never include names or personal details.

If you make a formal complaint or ask for follow-up, we’ll keep your information private and only involve the people who need to help. You can also choose to give feedback anonymously through surveys or online forms if you prefer.
