Use of iAkoranga and other authenticated platforms

Access requirements:

You are responsible for your device, internet connection, updates, and any associated costs. Performance may vary based on hardware, software, or network factors.

Accounts and security:

You must keep your username and password secure and not share them with others. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your login credentials.

User content:

You are responsible for all content you submit, post, or display. User Content must not include unlawful, harmful, offensive, infringing, discriminatory, or misleading material. Content must not impersonate others, breach privacy, or contain harmful code.

We may remove User Content at our discretion but are not obliged to monitor it.

Mātauranga Māori:

Where User Content incorporates historical mātauranga Māori not subject to copyright, TWoA will apply the principle of kaitiakitanga, honouring iwi and hapū rights in accordance with Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Prohibited conduct:

You must not disrupt or interfere with TWoA systems, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or use automated tools without permission.

User guidelines:

You must comply with all guidelines and policies issued by TWoA from time to time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, or for loss of data, business, or opportunity arising from your use of the website. This does not limit non‑excludable statutory rights.
