This programme introduces you to the knowledge and tools you need to manage projects through all stages of their life cycle. You’ll learn how to initiate, plan, implement, and close projects successfully while applying effective leadership and teamwork skills.
Grounded in Māori values and collaborative learning, this programme strengthens your ability to manage resources, communicate with stakeholders, and apply project management principles across different business and community contexts.

Entry criteria
You can enrol if you:
Are 16 years or older
Are a NZ citizen or resident (includes Cook Islands, Niue, Tokelau) or Australian citizen/permanent resident
Currently reside in New Zealand
Have a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) OR
Demonstrate competence in a numeracy and literacy exercise
Attend an interview with the kaiako
